I thoroughly enjoyed the digital workshops and Layla is a fantastic trainer. She explained everything in detail, the videos used throughout were informative and I enjoyed the case studies. I feel that the online units that were to be completed before and between the sessions to unfortunately be unengaging and found myself flicking through them quite quickly. I would have preferred for there to be some audio or perhaps a test. I found the manual difficult to navigate online

Thoroughly enjoyed the course, both Kate and Lorrisa are very engaging and well-informed and the videos and exercises were really useful. I feel better equipped now to deal with any sort of mental ill-health questions, thankyou.

Great re-fresher for me

Excellent course, very helpful, excellent tuition. It would be beneficial to have a PDF downloaded of the mental health booklet and I found some of the animations on the modules to be a bit slow and tedious. All in all, really happy with what I have learnt, thank you all.
