Practical scenario work and repeated use of the ALGEE framework help attendees translate mental health first-aid principles into calm, supportive action. They value knowledgeable, empathetic trainers who create safe, inclusive discussions, maintain a clear pace and encourage learning from peers. The blended modules, videos, handbook and breakout exercises build understanding and confidence that transfers to work and personal situations, although some find the online manual awkward to navigate.

My only reason for mid range answers is due to having the knowledge prior to the course, but this doesn't discredit the fact that the course is clear and informative and was a refresher and bolstered current experience. Thank you

The course was very good, I would highly recommend it to anybody considering becoming a MHFA. The webinars we busy and full of discussion - more time would have been helpful although 3 hrs was about the limit of duration. Maybe consider 3 sessions instead of 2?
