Practical scenario work and repeated use of the ALGEE framework help attendees translate mental health first-aid principles into calm, supportive action. They value knowledgeable, empathetic trainers who create safe, inclusive discussions, maintain a clear pace and encourage learning from peers. The blended modules, videos, handbook and breakout exercises build understanding and confidence that transfers to work and personal situations, although some find the online manual awkward to navigate.

Rob and James were fantastic instructors, they gave really good feedback and also lots of praise for our answers which I think helped with my confidence and understanding. The breakout rooms were a really good space to discuss our ideas and I think there was a perfect balance of us listening and us contributing.

Excellent course and the tutor was fantastic. He was very informative and clear with information regarding the course and patient. The lay out of the course was great and I felt it was very inclusive of all attendees. We would highly recommend this course to others. The material was exactly the information that was needed to gain from attending and we thoroughly enjoyed. We hope to deal with Steve in the future. 5* well done!

The MH First Aid course was extremely well presented. I found it very thorough and so many aspects of MH were covered. The manual is excellent and I have ordered a copy as a constant referral. Although the modules were online the follow up sessions were discussed as much as possible in the time that was given. Raising awareness is so important - now more than ever. Thank you.

An amazing, in depth course which leaves you wanting to know more. Very thought provoking and illuminating. Everyone with a mental health problem should attend and it would be great if children could have access to a small version to gain an awareness of themselves and the subject of mental health.

John was very informative, I loved the group work aspects. The only improvement I would make is to make it slightly more interactive when looking at the text book. i.e. what do you remember about this chapter from your studying? Thank you John.
