Very informative and I found an eye opening experience into mental health and well being for others and also to think more about my own mental health well being. Delivered really well by Lisa who was a great host and was very friendly and open.
I enjoyed the course and found it beneficial it made you think the videos were also helpful i wasn't very good on the alcohol or substance tasks but still learnt from it. the sessions were good and the trainer was approachable and helpful
Lisa made what is an intense training session very comfortable and enjoyable, whilst also allowing us to learn a lot. :) Exceeded expectations.
