I was not sure what to expect but I found that this stretched me in respect of my knowledge and I feel that this will also improve as I start to train others.

I feel equipped to go on and deliver MHFA. Rhys and Gwen balanced the course materials and their own experience in way which built knowledge, understanding and confidence. They also role modelled a great way to run a course. I enjoyed the course which massively improved my knowledge and left me empowered. Thank you for a great course.

I thoroughly enjoyed the training and cannot recommend it enough, regardless of your prior knowledge regarding mental health and/or your work place and experience. Gwen and Rhys remained incredibly professional throughout without portraying as intimidating - no question or opinion felt 'stupid' or wrong. That said, they weren't afraid to challenge and direct participants in the correct way, when needed. However, they never made me feel incompetent in any way - they made me feel confident in my knowledge and going forward as both a MHFAider and instructor.

An enjoyable experience, informative, interactive, and an opportunity to meet individuals outside of my organisation. The co-delivery was successful and both instructors worked well together, the content wasn't complicated and presented systematically flowing from one topic to the next.
