The training was fantastic! Always a long week online but was made easier by how enjoyable the sessions were and how friendly everyone was. Looking forward to getting started as an instructor

Really enjoyed the Instructor Training. I was looking forward to it but did feel a little apprehensive and was (a little bit) dreading the assessment - Gwen and Rhys made me feel so comfortable though and gave plenty of reassurance throughout the week. I actually ended up really enjoying the assessment bit even though online delivery tends to fall outside my comfort zone at the best of times. I really loved the rapport between Gwen and Rhys and the banter added lots of fun and laughs throughout the week, it really did feel like we were amongst friends :) I would 100% recommend this course to anyone who is interested in becoming an MHFA Instructor

I would recommend this course to anyone and to any organisation. It is relevant to all employers and it's great to know that MH awareness and support should be a prominent feature of day-to-day working. Also, it is relevant in our own lives and I will use the knowledge and skills gained in all areas of my life.
Looking forward to completing the final stage of the MHFA to achieve the full license!
