As above but thanks to both trainers for their style and advice. The course is a very intense week and the breaks were welcomed.
I was a bit daunted by the length and duration of the course at first, but was put at ease by the instructors.

It has been challenging, worthwhile, enjoyable and informative. Would thoroughly recommend. Not something you should enter unless you are really interested and keen to become an instructor. Have really enjoyed and feel grateful for experiencing the whole course.
