Great I loved the training, we had great instructors and a very friendly, generous and professional group.
Work Smart, Not Hard That one comment really resonated with me. It was from that point (early, Day 2) that i focussed on the delivery structure of both Instructors over the manual material. My thinking being that i already have the well read manual at hand, it's the delivery structure I'm here to learn. Really enjoyed talking with the other participants and learning from them too, great to be part of an interested and intelligent group.
I really enjoyed this week. It flew by, and I am looking forward to delivering this training. I most appreciated the security that Gwen and Ellender gave us. I feel confident I can provide it and rely on them whenever I need support. Thank you very much! It was a blast!
The training has given me the base and confidence to deliver sessions on my own (with a co-trainer). Very well delivered.
I would like to say a huge dioloch to both Gwen and Rhys for being great trainers and allowing us the opportunity to do this course. The course covers a wide range of topics that could be intense, but the delivery was spot on, allowing us to learn and better ourselves but also enjoy it.
I was not sure what to expect but I found that this stretched me in respect of my knowledge and I feel that this will also improve as I start to train others.
I feel equipped to go on and deliver MHFA. Rhys and Gwen balanced the course materials and their own experience in way which built knowledge, understanding and confidence. They also role modelled a great way to run a course. I enjoyed the course which massively improved my knowledge and left me empowered. Thank you for a great course.
