This is possibly the best training I have been on in many, many years. I have come away feeling confident that I can pass on my knowledge to my colleagues across Cardiff Met University. The group and trainers were all very encouraging and willing to share ideas. Good balance of group work and sharing good practice. I would highly recommend this training. The course was fantastic and everyone was really engaged. The group gelled really well and everyone felt comfortable enough to share and discuss alternative ways of thinking. I believe every person on this course got something out of it and will be successful as trainers moving forward.

I have really enjoyed all aspects of this course. There was a great balance between self-guided study, participation and webinar learning. Hearing Andrew Dunmore and Lisa from Barod speak was also inspiring. Promoting good mental health awareness and destigmatisation is a passion of mine and I can't wait to get out there, to confidently carry on the work that Gwen, Rhys and MHFA Wales are doing.
