Gwen and Rhys were both very knowledgeable, they engaged the group well through participation, they helped participants to feel relaxed in their participation and assessment which certainly took the pressure off. I have thoroughly enjoyed the course and look forward to delivering Mental Health First Aid in my new role and hope that i can deliver the training as competently as both Gwen and Rhys.

Excellent training, very interactive, liked the real life stories its important to see how instructors own life experiences have influenced their training, much like myself having experienced some extremely difficult mental health issues. Have been on many training courses over the years and this is right up there with the best of them.

excellent and thank you for all the effort that went into the course and managing to make us feel connected even though we couldn't really be together. Thank you for developing the online version as otherwise I wouldnt have been able to attend and this allows more flexible delivery too.
