Perfect level of training for what I wanted, really useful and informative 👏🏻

I found it very useful as my prior training was all around sigbs and symptoms. This gave insight into dealing with it.

I have previous experience as a Mental Health Awareness and Resilience Trainer so was fairly familiar with the signs to look out for but feel more confident in recognising the different language someone suffering may use and feel much more confident of trying to engage with them having completed the course.
