Overall the course was brilliant. The topic is heavy and Sheree made it light and welcoming.

I had some idea about what to do if someone was having thoughts of suicide and the course confirmed what I already knew but also gave me further ideas on how to approach the subject.

I really enjoyed the course, helped improve my existing skills.

I'd definitely recommend this course to anyone. I'd still need more training to feel confident but this was a great start and really glad I attended.
