It was a fantastic session and it aided me in gaining an alternative perspective into the life of someone who has had different struggles and judging someone for struggling is just overlooking their worries. It also makes me think about signs that I may have noticed around me and allowed me to gain a higher level of awareness.

Thank you for the course, could have discussed people’s own experiences within appropriate reason about things they may have witnessed or dealt with. This was untapped into and would have made the course much stronger
