I found this fascinating, in depth and really helpful. I thought the subject was dealt with very sensitively and I did not feel upset or drained by the end of the session. I always appreciate the small breaks too.

MD was fabulous, her positive energy and sense of humour helped to make a heavy subject much more digestible. She validated everyone's input and responses, I really valued her approach. There was a lot of existing knowledge in the room and I commend MD's commitment to inviting, recognising and reflecting on that knowledge and experience. I don't have any suggestions for improvement, MD's facilitation style resonated with me and reflects my own. I have done an SFA USI course before, and work in this space, but this was a great refresher and useful reminder of things like the ripple effect and the 'pause' - not life or death - approach.
