Very good course

Comfortable environment was set to speak openly and honestly.

The course was really informative and at the right level, it has increased my confidence in speaking to someone who might be having suicidal thoughts.

Really helpful insights

A couple of shorter breaks would have been good! And some interactive activities would have made it a bit more engaging (although was glad to not have to do a breakout room!). Those are the only 2 improvements I can think of, otherwise was very insightful and useful

Great course, I would reccomend it to be pushed out more and made longer with more detail.

This course was beneficial in terms of identifying suicidal thoughts and the impacts.
