A really good short course around Suicide, would really encourage everyone to do it.

Great short course with lots of useful information, delivered in a friendly and open manner that allowed us all to interact and engage.

The course was very deep & meaningful and thought-provoking. I highly recommend it to absolutely everyone. It is so important to have knowledge and awareness of Mental Health, of Suicide prevention, as we literally never know how many of the people around us are struggling or having thoughts of self-harm.

I really enjoyed this training and found it very useful. I feel more confident in approaching someone who may be having suicidal thoughts.
