The course that Kasia led equipped me with valuable knowledge how to prevent suicide. I gained information about various strategies, techniques and tips on how to speak with a person in need and how to create a safety route for them.

I really enjoyed the session, despite it being a heavy topic, i feel more at ease about addressing the elephant in the room and helping someone keep safe for now.

Amazing course and will be brilliant for anyone to engage in as suicide prevention is every humans responsibility to help with
