The course was very helpful, interesting and useful for my role. It has inspired me to do some more research to be better prepared for those conversations and I think this training would be useful for anyone even those who don't directly work in mental health institutions

Found the course very helpful, on a personal level many thing were relevant and feel I may now have more knowlegde going forward

it was a really good participant size too - 11 in total I think.

I was very impressed, I had been quite nervous, especially as I have lost a friend to suicide but it was made to feel a safe space

I enjoyed it. It was an eye opener as I did mot consider the use of language.

It was an enlightening session which provided insight into ways to reduce the stigma associated with suicide and empowering because I feel more confident about addressing the issue.

I thoroughly enjoyed the course even though it was a heavy subject. The attention to detail and the level of self care and concern was excellent
