No issues on course or message or delivery, however dissapointed with my own organisation in explaining or sharing the information that drove the decision to implement this course.
I found the course really interactive engaging overall really good. Useful to get a different perceptive, seeing the other side, open ended questions, written communication - structure and response.
The course was great by means of giving us the tools to think for ourselves to provide much better customer service. Lots and lots of food for thought to take into our every day jobs.
Felt the morning session lacked focus a little, the group was not as bought in.the listening section was fantastic and the pm much stronger for me in terms of content.trainer was enthusiastic and knowledgeable
