the only reason i have rated this between 3 and 4 rating is due to I felt this session would have been better face to face and for us to work through real examples as a group with Sam's input into the conversations and how we could improve our questioning technique when setting goals and actions.
Loved the session, it would be even better to do it in person i think!
the course is always delivered well and the Group and communication online is great, various methods are used and everyone feels encouraged to get involved and be engaged
Claire was great, I really enjoyed the content and the overall course. She was very engaging, friendly, explained things clearly. I like the variety of the course, quizzes, team work, discussions, the variety kept it engaging and interesting and I’ve taken a lot from it, I feel like my confidence has grown.
Brilliant course I think it should be mandatory that all SENIOR and non seniors managers in GA UK attend these sessions.
