Very good balance between informative information and practical exercises
Really useful thank you. It would have been great to have more time for some of the discussions, however the only way to do that would be to lengthen the course as all the material was useful
The course is very useful and relevant to daily work life and personal life as well. I recommend allocating (more) enough time in future for such courses.
The Training Course was Educative, interactive and made a lot of impact on How i manage my emotions

Great Training on Emotional Intelligence. One sentence that resonated with me throughout the weekend after the training was "it is not what happens to us when an issue arises that is the problem, but the story we tell ourselves in our head that triggers the emotions. Thank you, Mike, for the lovely presentation.
I am really enjoying this training. in Month 11 of my first year in management, I feel that the topics are relevant to what I go though on a day to day basis. My only comment is that I wish there was more participation from the rest of the group, which is at no fault to the trainer or the course.
I think in general it was really good, it would be also useful if we could get some role-play sessions and put ourself in the situation to practice what we learnt with the trainer giving us feedback. And occasionally, I find the vocabulary the trainer used I could not fully understand.
The course was enjoyable and useful for the future, as it was offering information that for some people was new. Potentially some of the activities could be done slightly quicker, but it might be depending on the participants. Laura was delivering the course in a very friendly and calm manner.
