Really enjoyed the course, learnt loads about how to manage and lead colleagues. Also, after the presentation at the end of the course we were approached to deliver the same presentation in front of the board to discuss our SMARTER plan and what we’ve learned. Out of all the training courses I’ve done, this is the best I’ve been apart of and most I’ve taken from it. Really beneficial and well put together.

A fantastic opportunity to learn crucial skills needed in management. Found everything I learned useful in my day to day work life. Going forward from this course I will be presenting my ideas in front of the board.
