The group activities were a fantastic way to develop our team working skills and engage with colleagues from other departments. Claire's teaching style was always friendly and personable. She allowed the sessions to include multiple group discussions ensuring everyone had chance to participate. 5 out 5!

Fantastic down to earth trainer that put us at ease immediately. The course itself was incredibly helpful and really easy to understand due to Claire’s training skills, this made it very easy to implement any training into my day to day role. Would definitely recommend.
