I think in general it was really good, it would be also useful if we could get some role-play sessions and put ourself in the situation to practice what we learnt with the trainer giving us feedback. And occasionally, I find the vocabulary the trainer used I could not fully understand.
The course was interesting in parts but felt that it lacked practical links so I can easily link the thinking to my work. It would have been beneficial to spend more time on each topic doing more exercises or deeper dives into topics rather than skim the surface of a lot of topics.
I thought was very well run and was presented at a very good speed that everyone enjoyed

Really enjoyed the course, and learnt alot around how each area starts to interlink and the key areas i want to improve.
Clare is a fantastic trainer and makes the course really interesting. The workbooks could do with a better cohesion with the presentation slides, as often there is content on the slides that aren’t in the workbooks. Overall, these face to face sessions are great and Clare is brilliant at explaining complex theories - and providing real world experience and knowledge.
