Claire is a fantastic course leader. I have learnt lots on this course especially about leaders and managers. She is ver engaging. I will be putting actions into my current role when I’m back in the office and speaking to my manager for some changes to implement.
I found the course to be very informative. Clare our trainer delivers the course in a very fun and easy to understand way. The overall experience, I’ve learnt a lot, had fun and taken a lot out of the course.
Overall cant fault claire one bit. She engages with all the people on course as a whole but also individually. The course details and materials she provides is next to non and she doesnt make it over complicated
