It is always a pleasure to have training with Claire. The course was very well constructed and was not rushed which allowed me to learn at my own pace.
The course was quite engaging, provided an avenue self-reflection. looking at interaction in all facets of life. With learnings from this program, this will improve my person and ways of interaction with myself and the people around me.

The course was very insightful but needed more time for interaction. Just when we got into the groove, the course ended.I would like to recommend the 3 blocks 90mins sessions to enable the trainer to drill down on all the components of the key elements.I would also like to recommend more polls to check for understanding .Generally great course content and well executed.I loved every bit of it and really related it to my daily work and home life.Thank you for the opportunity.

Great Training on Emotional Intelligence. One sentence that resonated with me throughout the weekend after the training was "it is not what happens to us when an issue arises that is the problem, but the story we tell ourselves in our head that triggers the emotions.
