I loved it, I started reading more about emotional intelligence.
The course was very insightful but needed more time for interaction. Just when we got into the groove, the course ended.I would like to recommend the 3 blocks 90mins sessions to enable the trainer to drill down on all the components of the key elements.I would also like to recommend more polls to check for understanding .Generally great course content and well executed.I loved every bit of it and really related it to my daily work and home life.Thank you for the opportunity.
Very useful and very insightful. Claire has been a brilliant trainer, and has made the experience fun and interactive which I prefer. I will be able to take some of this learning into my role :)
Another Fab course! Really enjoyed the sessions, feel like I learned some interesting things! Would have been even better in a face-to-face environment.
Very good, got a lot from it and plan to action a lot of it straight away.
A lot of usual material and tasks to get you thinking in your groups, delivered well by the trainer who was very engaging.
