Really handy with dealing with conflict and techniques.

Jason was excellent and I thoroughly enjoyed the course. I particularly liked the interactive parts where we talked about our personal experiences and found it useful to relate the learning to that. The course has given me practical tools to be able to confidently deal with confrontation/conflict situations.
