Great course and great use of staff interaction to help with it
The course is very hard to deliver in these difficult times but the trainers did well allowing us time and space to discuss things and get techniques right. I enjoy working with others and being involved in discussions as i think its important for people to share experiences and put a real life element to training which is what happened for us. Well done guys
After completing the course many times over my time at Gretton this has been the best training I have had on this, the course content and the enthusiasm and engagement of the trainers made the training very good and engaging!
Both Adam and Lynda showed great knowledge of subject matter and were able to deliver this to the participants in ways which included all staff from different settings whether residential, educational or therapeutic. All staff were given opportunities to talk of their own experiences and gain knowledge from how others experiences have helped them through difficult situations. Thoroughly enjoyed refreshing my knowledge previously gained and which techniques have now changed and are used for support within the service. Thanks.
Excellent execution with a relaxed and professional approach
I think the training is always brilliant, it’s kept fun and interactive which is always handy. The addition of Vicky to the training team I think really brought a fresh, positive personality to the team and was a really fantastic addition!
