Very effective communication in the theory part. Physical intervention very confident, overall very successful session!
Really enjoyed the training today and it was clearly explained all the different restraints that can be used in a way which was engaging. Also, given clear feedback and instructions to improve individually. Left feeling a lot more confident to use them if needed but also aware of different avenues to explore and see restraints as a last resort.
