I enjoyed the carousel style of the training. With it being a refresher the participants were encouraged to explain what they knew first during the physical part of the course before being shown the techniques by a trainer. I think that this made people really think and be more active during the sessions, which was positive. The trainers were attentive and checked in with us showing patience and went over things if we were unsure of anything. I enjoyed the opportunity to discuss things throughout the day. Yet again another brilliant course!

I found this refresher course informative. Rachel is a good trainer, she keeps the session interactive and the conversation flowing. She uses helpful examples from her career experience.
