I have had my refresher course today with Ben I absolutely enjoyed all of it and learnt some new things . Congratulations to Sherwood Training for excellent training

Ben made it enjoyable and informative. Made me aware of psychological effects that can affect behaviour. I was nervous at first doing the physical part but my confidence grew with practice.

Taught in such a way that was innovative and enjoyable. Easy to understand.
