I feel the theory part is unnecessary as a refresher as it's theory which we practice on a day to day basis at work. I don't feel speaking over this each year expands my knowledge as I already know it due to practice. I also feel the company should be providing lunch considering its such a long day. I know it got stopped due to covid but that should no longer be an excuse. Having a lunch from jasper's was the one thing there was to look forward to as training can be quite daunting. The trainer jemma Smith is by far the best tutor I've had with the best attitude and manners.
Good refresher of the PBS course, reminding us of strategies to use in all situations.
Vicky and Abbi made a dull and serious topic fun.
Today was very informative. Although it was a refresher course it felt good to speak on topics that I may have forgotten about. The teaching was great and made sure all participants understood.
Having the refresher will enable me to continue to work with confidence.
