Great that we have managed to whittle the holds down.
Overall I was very pleased with the training I learnt a lot in the refresher. I feel like I can go away with confidence and carry out my training when necessary

Very interactive physical and very good keeping people engaged with humour, helping to make learning easier.
Would have appreciated more physical practice than slides. Slides were a repeat and not as useful.
Trainer Gemma was amazing and patient and class at role play.
