I thought the course was fantastic. I have completed this course few years ago and i must say that i have learnt much more this time around and that is mainly due to the way the trainer Andy delivered it. I felt very comfortable and at ease learning the breakaway techniques and the restraint techniques, yet i found day 1 theory the most useful and will be returning to service to implement some of the things i have learned. I cant thank Andy enough for the positive influence from a management perspective this will have on the service i manage.
