I learnt how to use positive behaviour support to a high standard and how to use physical interventions effectively.
The course is designed in the very fantastic way and easy to understand and the trainer MR BEN is at another level keep up the good work I will leave this class room with a big confident.
I’m feeling confident and ready to work and Ben was brilliant and thanks a lot
Course was really great, trainer was very clear on instructions an helping out when not understanding.
