RRN Level 3: Restrictive Physical Intervention Reviews

I have done restraining in my past jobs but now I can look at it differently. I have now placed much importance in keeping my customers on their base line than anything else. If I have to restrain that would be final resort, also I have learnt the importance of post incidents discussion.

A fantastic course which has the persons needs at the centre of it. I have spent 16 years using Team Teach and much prefer the less restrictive and more person based approach of Sherwood.

Excellent course. I learnt so much in such a short time. Broken down into manageable chunks that made it easy to learn all the different aspects of the course.

I found the three days interesting and very useful and has equipped me with the skills that I may need to use in work, the course teacher was amazing she was really nice and funny and explained things enough for me to understand while also showing us the skills we would need to use.
