This course was fantastic beginning to end, informative and interesting. Andy our trainer was great and gave us all advice and support when needed and supported us in beginning confident with what we have learnt. He was patient and answered any questions we had. We hope to see him next year for our refresher

Andy was fantastic, the course was very informative with examples given by himself and others in the group. I felt I could ask questions whenever needed and elevated some of my concerns with regards to implementing the forms needed and getting SLT to ensure I was covered legally. The practical was intensive but Andy ensured everything was broken down step by step. He would assist you if you needed help and answered questions. The course book was really good.
