RRN Level 3: Restrictive Physical Intervention reviews

4.9 (6,285 reviews)
AI summary of reviews

Practical, safety-focused learning is the course’s defining strength: attendees say it links clear theory on positive behaviour support, de-escalation, law, dignity and least-restrictive practice to step-by-step demonstrations, realistic scenarios and repeated practice. They value knowledgeable, patient and approachable trainers who use humour, lived experience and feedback to keep demanding subjects engaging, inclusive and easy to understand. The well-organised sessions build confidence that transfers directly to supporting children, patients and service users at work, although some find the theory lengthy.

Lee as a trainer: Really good trainer answered all questions that was asked, made sure that everyone understood, really hope to have further trainers like Lee, gave some information how to go about things at work. Course content: Explained everything in detail making sure that everyone understood what we was learning. I would recommend this course to others

I felt like I enjoyed the arousal model. it was very informative and gave real life experiences. Lee was confident and informative when giving his presentation. He was informative regarding the theory and physical side. If you didn't understand, he was more than happy to go through it to make sure you understood. The room was big and provided refreshments but the toilets was filthy. carpet was grim, toilets had no hand wash but pub does ok food. Also...hand dryers need upgrading

Lee is one of the most amazing facilitators I have come across. He has mastered the content so much and knows how to deliver it. I will personally like to meet you again and learn a lot more from you.

Fab trainer, explained well, supported well and understanding. Supported staff well with staff that had medical needs. The positive behaviour support book was brilliant, explained well, test were great for remembering the content. Lee understood and explained things well when staff needed support or when staff didn't understand, reworded things to help understand better.

The course was very educational, very interesting. The trainer Lee explained things in a way we all understood. I have learnt a lot from doing this course and would recommend it for everyone in care to do. It should all be put in to place at our company with a companywide approach.
