Great course. It did highlight some extra training needs for some staff though (Children who bite staff members and how to disengage from this).
The trainer, David, was very patient in making us understand it At maximum possible level. He had listening ears and respected everyone.
The course was presented extremely well, I enjoyed the course from start to finish. I learnt a great deal about how to recognise behaviours of concern and how to intervene appropriately at each stage. I was reassured to learn / see that the restrictive interventions are carried out in a way to ensure the safety of all involved and in the least restricted way to the person display the behaviour of concern. David ensured that we all understood the purpose of the course, to be aware of triggers and the differnt types of invention that can be used without having to result to restraint. David answered all questions with great knowledge and enthusiasm.

Training was amazing. Instructor was spot on with the use of references and examples along with real life experiences to drive home point was very helpful.

I felt it was well delivered, demonstrations were clear. Engaged with us with a great positive attitude. Demonstrate more than once and worked with us. His help was very helpful and made everything easier.
