One star less because some of the content on the slideshows was different to the booklet provided, which made it difficult to follow sometimes. However the actual content was useful and educational.

Really enjoyed the course Ben absolutely one of the best trainers I've learned under so full of knowledge and helped me grow my knowledge of restrictive techniques and how to try and not use these until there is no other option
