Lee was a brilliant teacher for this course and couldn’t recommend him more. Overall course wasn’t difficult and didn’t contain too much physical work so everyone can be involved.

Really enjoyed the training today with Ben! He made it fun but also very clear instructions to understand. I was able to leave today feeling confident about have to use these techniques in the future.
