RRN Level 3: Restrictive Physical Intervention reviews

4.9 (6,218 reviews)
AI summary of reviews

Practical, safety-focused learning is the course’s defining strength: attendees say it links clear theory on positive behaviour support, de-escalation, law, dignity and least-restrictive practice to step-by-step demonstrations, realistic scenarios and repeated practice. They value knowledgeable, patient and approachable trainers who use humour, lived experience and feedback to keep demanding subjects engaging, inclusive and easy to understand. The well-organised sessions build confidence that transfers directly to supporting children, patients and service users at work, although some find the theory lengthy.

Dea was amazing. Content was delivered at a good speed and she ensured everyone joined as much as they were comfortable with. The content was very interesting and relevant to our roles.

Really found the course in-depth and relevant to the needs of the home and the staff team. Was very intense due to smaller size of the group but this enabled us to have more guidance from the trainer
