I have found the course very informative, engaging and very relatable. Ben has been an amazing trainer and kept it engaging throughout. I feel like I have learnt more on this training than any previous training within this line of work. It has made me really think and realise why I do this job and how beneficial good training is for this job. Ben has also supported me throughout the last 3 days and I really appreciate it.
