Very good. The course was informative and well delivered, with a good trainer who was knowledgeable, supportive, and engaging throughout.
Range and depth was good 👍 We had alot of indepth chats aswell as learning and debates enjoyed
Lots of knowledge on how to deal with behaviours of concern. Shown new techniques on how best to deal with these and support our pupils.
Very comprehensive, good balance of theory and practical.
I found the course very informative and supportive, when I had felt overwhelmed or unsure ben the trainer, reassured me and gave me the time and space needed to understand and adapt to the techniques needed. The other peers on the course were supportive too and overall it has been fun and very informative

A comprehensive and thorough training course covering a good level of theory and physical skills required to support children and their behaviours in my setting. Some content could be more updated to current guidelines, but this did not take anything away from the value of the course.
Excellent course, really informative and up to date. Learnt so much that I can transfer to my role as a residential care worker. Learnt so much from Ben, not just about restraint but also how to be a better carer for the children I am supporting.
