Damien F, 26 Feb 2026
Liam is a good trainer went into detail in every area of the course, if someone on the course didn’t understand Liam went over it again and explained or physically shown the technique. Liam also gave the time for everyone to talk about past event that has happened and gave ideas how to improve. The course overall is a good learning curve to know, and it would be very helpful with in the work environment, ensuring the resident and other staff are safe at all time. I would recommend this course to anyone.

I've received the best known of my life from Liam. He's been a great instructor, well articulate and enduring. He made me have more interest in my job by the way he made me more knowledgeable. I now understood what PBS really is in details. Thanks to the team. Kind regards.

In the course, I have learnt to see the people I support as an individual and not the behaviour, which will help to reduce behaviour of concern. Proper planning with the primary interventions in place will yield a better result. When the people I support show clues, antecedent manipulation will be of great help. In summary, been personed centered with compassion will yield a great result. The course is great 👍👍👍Response : Thank you, Abiodun. We appreciate your feedback and are pleased to hear that the course reinforced a person-centred approach, helping you focus on individuals and plan effectively to support positive outcomes.

Ben was amazingly supportive, really patient and understanding to people's abilities and needs. The practical content of the course was really educational but some of the materials from the theory work felt childish and overly simplified

The training was really beneficial, The Arousal Model. It teaches me that people tend to experience heightened baseline to express their feelings, and should be observing the cues to manage the situation by diversion and distraction before it escalated to from baseline to loss of control.
