The course was very helpful, and we learned a lot of valuable skills that will help us keep ourselves and the people around us safe. We also learned the importance of using the least restrictive approach, ensuring that people's safety, dignity, independence and rights are respected while providing appropriate care and support Ron was a very good teacher. He demonstrated the skills clearly, explained everything well and listened to us whenever we had questions or concerns. He made the course engaging and helped us understand how to apply what we learned in practice. Overall, it was a valuable learning experience. .

A great course. Informative and a fantastic instructor
I really enjoyed it, some parts I knew but most of it was relatively new to me but was really informative and helpful for my workplace. John answered all my questions and helped to put everyone at ease. Was both an eventful training and also enjoyable!

Very good 3 days with John. Learnt a lot of things which I’ve never even known about. Throughout the training I’ve learnt things which will be helpful in the future. Looking forward to next years refresher.
