I found this course very educational particularly with the techniques of de-escalation. I feel that Liam and Ben were both very invested in the training supportive and enthusiastic not just reading from a PowerPoint, and making sure everyone was involved and engaged too. Overall a really effective great training thank you
Awesome and I really mean that. I have attended so much training over the last 23 years as a teacher, and this training is without a doubt the best training I have attended. I have attended many different positive behaviour training sessions (including RPI) and this has been the best by a country mile. What has made it really stand out is that it has been useable in the real world. The content was perfect and incredibly well delivered.

Ben’s attention to detail on Day 2 and 3 was top notch, the de-escalation methods he told us and shown us gave a real insight on how I can implement these on a day to day working basis. His duty of care really shows in the pride of his work and you can see he’s passionate about keeping children safe and passing on his experiences and information to everyone involved in this training. The interventions shown was of the highest quality and Ben continuously made sure we were incorporating the correct techniques and made the training as realistic as possible. A big shoutout to Liam aswell who was a breath of fresh air on the first day, he showed professionalism to the highest degree and gave everyone a real insight and an eye opener to different techniques we can use on day to day working basis.
