Laura is a brilliant trainer, she made the theory entertaining and relevant with stories from personal experience, and was really thorough with the physical training. The material covered all of the relevant information without being overly extensive and heavy. Overall I thought the course was brilliant and would recommend it.

Barry delivered the training in a very professional, engaging, and supportive manner. He explained the concepts of Positive Behaviour Support and Physical Interventions clearly and made sure everyone in the group understood the everything before moving on. His teaching style was interactive, which made the course enjoyable and helped us feel comfortable asking questions.Barry also demonstrated the practical techniques safely and patiently, ensuring that everyone had the opportunity to practise and gain confidence. His knowledge and real-life examples made the training very relevant and easy to understand.Overall, Barry created a positive learning environment and provided a high standard of training. I found the course very informative and valuable.

Really engaging course. The course had elements of fun which helped retain what we were learning. All theory was interested and well structured to help with understanding. All physical skills that we learnt were explained in a way to understand easily.
