RRN Level 3: Restrictive Physical Intervention reviews

4.9 (6,216 reviews)
AI summary of reviews

Practical, safety-focused learning is the course’s defining strength: attendees say it links clear theory on positive behaviour support, de-escalation, law, dignity and least-restrictive practice to step-by-step demonstrations, realistic scenarios and repeated practice. They value knowledgeable, patient and approachable trainers who use humour, lived experience and feedback to keep demanding subjects engaging, inclusive and easy to understand. The well-organised sessions build confidence that transfers directly to supporting children, patients and service users at work, although some find the theory lengthy.

Nothing really bad to say. She kept me engaged through out the training and corrected me if I did anything wrong and helped me if I didn’t understand something and answered all questions that was asked

A very intense course made fun and engaging by Jack. I enjoyed his training and the delivery. I've been on a few training courses prior to this, but this one stood out due to the way the training was presented.

The trainer Jack was amazing! The whole training session ran by Jack was very engaging. He gave very detailed answers upon the questions our group had asked. I feel more confident applying what I have learned by the demonstration Jack had shown as I was very nervous being a small female doing restraints. I think he is great at what he does!!

Response: Hi Isha, thank you for the kind feedback. As we say on the course, it isn't about size and strength, so we're glad Jack made you feel more confident about this.

Jack was a great trainer made what could’ve been death by PowerPoint interesting.

Good felt repeated in some slides but I understand that's because it's 3 different levels you are learning and some people will only do level 1 or 1&2. Jack was great at keeping us engaged.

A good 3 days of training. Good information on deescalation techniques . I would feel confident to use these techniques in my work place.
