RRN Level 3: Restrictive Physical Intervention reviews

4.9 (6,216 reviews)
AI summary of reviews

Practical, safety-focused learning is the course’s defining strength: attendees say it links clear theory on positive behaviour support, de-escalation, law, dignity and least-restrictive practice to step-by-step demonstrations, realistic scenarios and repeated practice. They value knowledgeable, patient and approachable trainers who use humour, lived experience and feedback to keep demanding subjects engaging, inclusive and easy to understand. The well-organised sessions build confidence that transfers directly to supporting children, patients and service users at work, although some find the theory lengthy.

Response: Hi Emily, thank you for taking the time to leave feedback for Jon. we're glad you found the course helpful for your career and hopefully also for the people you support.

I have completed a PBS course previously but found this particular training course to be particularly good. The trainer was very engaging and seemed to facilitate each participant's individual needs, using a variety of methods and styles

Response: Hellp Elise, thank you for taking the time to leave some lovely feedback about the course and for Amy. It's lovely to hear how engaging you found the course.

I found the course to be informative, and both trainers were very supportive. Dea spoke slowly, which gave me time to process the information in my head. Amy was patient and allowed me to ask questions about how to safely apply the techniques to the particular children in my class. She also provided helpful advice on how to seek additional support from SLT.

Response: Hello Iqbal, thank you for taking the time to leave detailed feedback and we're so glad both trainers helped support you throughout the training.

Jack has been amazing, improvised with less staff but it worked out in the end and will take away what I have learnt today. Will definitely be getting more of my staff booked on the training 😁
