Amazing training, I learnt a lot. Alan was very explanatory about every technique , he answered lots of my questions and an amazing teacher.

I really enjoyed the few days we’ve had with Matt. He really went into full detail all throughout the work and really got aid all interacted within it also. I have learnt quite a lot during this course and I am grateful for Matt for making it fun. I would t recommend anyone else

Matt was a great trainer who used lots of real life scenarios to put things into perspective. He also was very flexible, allowing us to practice as many times as we needed :)
