RRN Level 3: Restrictive Physical Intervention reviews

4.9 (6,216 reviews)
AI summary of reviews

Practical, safety-focused learning is the course’s defining strength: attendees say it links clear theory on positive behaviour support, de-escalation, law, dignity and least-restrictive practice to step-by-step demonstrations, realistic scenarios and repeated practice. They value knowledgeable, patient and approachable trainers who use humour, lived experience and feedback to keep demanding subjects engaging, inclusive and easy to understand. The well-organised sessions build confidence that transfers directly to supporting children, patients and service users at work, although some find the theory lengthy.

Really good course, valuable course training, learnt lots of great restraint techniques safely. Friendly trainer, full of information and useful previous story to relate training too. Enjoyed all 3 sessions and glad we have this course available.

It was very insightful, and it gave alot of insights and understanding on how Positive Behaviour Support should be applied and also I learnt about how Arousal Model works and the physical training was very much needed and explicit. The trainer is very knowledgeable and he perfectly understood his job.
