The training was very meaningful and i learnt very important stratagies that i can use in my work place. The trainer demonstrate very well and good communication very helpful

The course has shown me most things i thought i was doing right where actually wrong, and kiven me the tools to correct my previous ways of handling behaviors. The trainer was very good and made sure everyone understood what was being taught
