I had such an amazing experience, Liam and Kristy were such a fantastic trainers, took their time to answer questions and explain stuff. I feel really empowered in these techniques to better communicate and support the people I work with. It was interesting and fun and the overall course is fantastic

Ben was very engaging and did not make the day boring. He was able to make the theory relatable and easy to understand through personal and real life stories. Made you feel confident to be able to put these techniques into practise if we ever need to safely.
