Detailed course. And the trainers were very helpful.
Enjoyed the course, was very informative throughout, delivered in a professional way. The trainers and the group was very engaging which made it enjoyable too. No reflection of the trainers but the bite release not sure how effective this would be.
Really enjoyed the course, both trainers were open to conversation, patient and engaging. Maybe staff personal safety should be added or taught at a different time.
The course was so informative and it was a good experience to learn on how to do things right.
