Ben was excellent made the course very interesting and taught us a lot. I feel I am quite confident if I had to use these skills on anybody. Thus course was by the best off the 3 I did . I wished Ben had done them all.

Ben made the course interesting and enjoyable. Was worried that having to practice holds would be embarrassing in front of everyone but he made it so that this wasn't the case. All 3 days made me feel that I can now safely manage difficult situations with confidence.

Course was very useful, I have already done the course but it was due to be renewed Kirstie was very friendly and supportive. We were all working as a group and I am pleased that I have renewed my knowledge
